Not able to login into azure portal after authenticator app is reinstalled

I am not able to login into Azure portal after reinstalling Authenticator app.

When trying to login, it's asking for code and if trying other ways to sign in, it's asking for approve request on authenticator app.

I can't select any of these option and there is no other way to sign in, because of that I am not able to sign in into azure portal.

I am only global admin in this subscription. Is there any way to reset authenticator app login or MFA?

    The issue relates to a tenant lockout situation where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary admin rights to re-register MFA.
