When a user try to Sign up and successfully pass the first verifications with "CAPTCHA" and the email "Verification code". The user can press "Change e-mail". Once press the CAPTCHA raise the error "Api error on captcha control" and the user is stuck. Is a new version comming soon?

I understand that you have successfully pass the first verifications with "CAPTCHA" and the email "Verification code" and when you press on "Change e-mail". Once you press the CAPTCHA it raises the error "Api error on captcha control" and the user is stuck.
Try to Update the page contract from "Unified signup v2.1.22" to "self-asserted: 2.1.33" page layout version and check whether you are facing same error.

I've try your recommandation in the custom policies and in the normal User flows. Still getting the same API error.
If I can provide you more info, in the Audits Logs, this error raise a "Failed" Status with "The challenge has already been verified."

It seems you are trying to split Email verification. So, follow the document samples/policies/split-email-verification-and-signup/policy/SignUpOrSignIn_SplitEmailVerificationAndSignUp.xml at master · azure-ad-b2c/samples · GitHub and check whether you have achieved it.

The problem is in the basic "User flows" with no specials configurations other then the version 2.1.22 in the drop-down list.
I understand your proposition for the Custom policies, but we are not there at all.
This error was not in the version 2.1.20.

I have done repro of this scenario everything works fine from my end with version v2.1.22 and also changed email. We need to check from your end so please provide the step-by-step configuration details of user flow and error screenshots in the private message, so that we can discuss in detail for further troubleshooting.
