I have a new phone and my Authenticator app on my new phone won’t connect to my work laptop, and I can’t access a new QR code. It’s for a modnet email and laptop

Modnet email address needs authentication to access. And my Authenticator app does not come up with the number. I can’t access the Qr code to change it
