I can't log into my VM

I can't log into my VM and all my sites are down, The VM appears to be working but I cannot log in via RDP. Everything was working fine when I could no longer log in to the sites, and after checking, I cannot log in via RDP either.

    For some reason, the server name and the VM operating system were lost, the VM statistics said it was active, but the server name and the operating system name did not appear, I had to restore the VM with a backup and it was solved.
