Azure B2C Tenant Access Lost After Subscription Migration – 'No Subscription' Error

I had an Azure subscription that was moved to a new subscription, due to billing concerns. In my new subscription, my B2C tenants aren't working anymore, I see the resources under the new tenant, but when I "Open B2C Tenant" I don't have access to anything and get a 'No subscription warning'. It appears that the necessary permissions or linkages were not preserved during the transition. How can I restore full access to my B2C tenants in the new subscription?
