Why am I failing to update meeting event subscriptions in Developer Portal Bot Management?

I want to receive meeting participant events. I referred to docs. In the Meeting event subscriptions section of the Developer portal, I turned on 'Participant join' and 'Participant leave', and saved the settings. However, a 'Failed to update meeting event subscriptions' error occurs. How can I fix this issue?"

Howerver, errors still occures.
procedure for reproducing
- Create new bot to access developmer portal > tools > bot management and click new bot
- Add Permations and grant admin conncent in Azure Entra Apllcation
