I am a student i would like to use test plan for my academic purpose kindly enable test plan

Initially even I got the same page when I tried to create a Test Plan with the new Subscription.

This MSDoc has clear steps to work with free plan.

Navigate to your Organization settings => Billing and click on the Start free Trial.

Now Install the extension Test & Feedback which you see on the Test Plan page, Click on Install.

As mentioned in this MSDoc, before creating a Test Plan you need to create a backlog in Boards.
