Why am I getting incorrect password error message when trying to use Exchange with Mail App on iPhone?

I have added a managed email account thru gmail to my iPhone Mail App for years using Exchange with no issue. Yesterday, I received an error message saying Incorrect Passage or Connection to Server Failed even though I know password is correct. I have deleted and re-added account to iPhone and not fixed problem. How do I fix this issue.

Before providing more suggestions, here are some information we need to confirm:
- May I know if your mailbox is an Exchange online mailbox or an on-prem Exchange mailbox?
- Does your mailbox connect successfully with Outlook for windows and OWA?
- Do other users in your organization have the same issue when setup mailbox with iOS or Android native app?
