Hello, I received an email asking me to make a purchase by May 26, 2025 to continue using my tenant.

  • is this spam or a legitimate email?
  • what does losing my current Microsoft Entra ID tenant imply? Can I keep accessing my Word documents?

    I Understand that the email you received from Microsoft regarding your Microsoft Entra ID tenant. It is not spam. You can access your documents.

    To continue using your tenant, you need to make a purchase by May 26, 2025. If you don't make a purchase before this date, your next purchase with Microsoft will require a new Microsoft Entra ID tenant to continue using Microsoft services.  Please note that this email does not affect your data or accounts. If no purchase is made by the deadline, your current tenant will become inaccessible.
