XPS Viewer missing in Windows 11

I am trying to open an older .XPS file and unable to download a viewer.

    In Start Search type Optional Features and hit the Enter key.

    Click View features.

    In Search box type XPS Viewer.

    Put a tick mark against it's box.

    Click Next to install.
