How can I check if my office device or applications have been used to watch / hack my home network?

Hello,

I somehow suspect that my phone activities and home network is being watched. How can I detect if this is true and who is doing it?

I used to use my personal machine to access virtual workspace for which I had installed Citrix but which I deleted a couple of months ago.

I also had office issued Windows OS laptop connected to my home WIFI. I noticed Telemetry logs on my office machine. I do not have proficiency to read and understand these logs. Can my office use Telemetry or any other program to watch my personal devices which are connected to the same network?

I also had downloaded Intune Company Portal app and Authenticator by Microsoft, which I deleted a couple of months ago. But this was not officially disconnected by admin from company's side.

When I suspected something, I reset my phone to factory settings. And I accidentally also discovered remains of a work account in user accounts, which was empty. But I do suspect that even when I deleted the Intune Company portal app, my company admin was somehow connected to my phone through this work account. Of course, this could be just some paranoia. Please note that I did not log into the browser using company email ID. Company email ID was a proper domain registered email ID, not some google ID.

Please let me know the following:

Could my company have hacked into my personal devices - Android phone and personal laptop with Windows OS through my wifi given I saw some Telemetry logs on office machine?

Are these Telemetry logs limited to the office machine usage or could they have sent all my personal traffic data on other devices to my employer at the time of usage?

Could it be possible for IT admins of my company to see the personal device usage like Whatsapp messages, mails on yahoo, photos and more importantly files saved on my personal onedrive?

Does Company portal also allow organizations to use keylogger or see the personal in-app activities like Instagram, FB, whatsapp etc?

Does the Company portal access to my personal device remain active for IT admin even if I delete the app from my phone? Without deleting any other setting like Workaccount etc.

Again... How can I detect if my network is / was being watched

and how do I know who is / was doing it?
