Hello everyone. I have a question and concern in regard to a monthly billing im receiving through Microsoft. Its labeled as Microsoft Ultimate 1 Mont. I believe this is a charge through Xbox, i do have an account that i created just for fun but havent bought anything myself. I called Microsoft not too long ago because my bank's customer service couldn't help. I have used the free month trial (microsoft 365) but cancelled as soon as the trial was over. Apparently, they said another email account was using my credit card to make the charges and told me how to get to it but was lost during the process. If anyone knows how to check if another user is using my account it will be a lifesaver. About the charges, I rarely use my credit card anymore and was not smart in checking regardless. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!
