I can't access gtp4.1 in the azure ai found agent

I deployed gpt4.1 successfully on Azure AI Foundry in my project. Also, I am able to select the gpt4.1 in my agent. However, it displays the following message even though it has been deployed:
"Deployment not found: Selected deployment may be in progress or deleted. Please try again in a few minutes or select another deployment."
After I leave the field, it will revert back to my previous gpt-4o model. It has been many hours now so it had plenty of time to initialize. Also, it works in the playground for chat only.
Today is the first day it showed in the drop-down but still does not work.

- Look for any error logs or deployment logs that might provide more information about why the deployment is not accessible.
- sometimes deployments can take longer than expected. If possible, wait a bit longer to see if the deployment becomes available.
- Verify the status of the deployment to ensure it has been successfully deployed and is not stuck in a pending state. You can check the deployment status in the Azure portal or through the Azure AI Foundry interface.

2025-04-28T23:00:51.0666667+00:00 I logged out and in again. Refreshed the browser. Waiting for a few more hours. Checked the model status: succeeded. However, still has message "Not deployed" when switching. Also, if I try to deploy the new model from the agent menu, it will hang indefinitely. I believe Microsoft did not test this fully and it is probably impacting everyone. I'll try again tomorrow. Today is the first day it is showing up the dropdown menu for agents so they just added agent support today.
