Facing issues signing in and making payment for PL300 exam (Power Bi)

I have been trying to book a slot for PL 300 powerbi exam and so far all my cards got declined. It keeps saying there was an issue. Now when I try to login and book, the page keeps showing unexpected error. Please help me with the same.
