AFter a boot up crash with blackscreen i have autopilot errors on a peresonal laptop

Woke up this morning and my asus gaming laptop froze at the asus logo and went black screen.
held down power button til it turned off, then powered back on, SFC did a scan immediately,
checked my event log and i have a bunch of errors. Some related to autopilot, even though this is a personal device, no work / school accounts, and i just installed windows 11 PRO at the beginning of the month.
Here is an SS of the errors. no hardware changes, nothing. all windows updates and asus updates done. i'm really confused.

2025-04-29T14:10:00.6233333+00:00 looking at the rest of my event logs over the last week and i see hundreds of these autoppilot errors... what gives?? i do intune / autpilot / endpoint management at work.. but this is my personal gaming laptop at home...these errrors started on teh 24th i have pages of them.

Verify Autopilot Registration
Action:
- Open Command Prompt as Administrator (Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin)).
- Run:
dsregcmd /status. - Check the output for:
- AzureAdJoined: YES or NO (should be NO for a personal device).
- DeviceManagement: MDM Enrolled: YES or NO (should be NO).
- Autopilot: Enrolled: YES or NO (should be NO).
- DeviceManagement: MDM Enrolled: YES or NO (should be NO).
- AzureAdJoined: YES or NO (should be NO for a personal device).
If Autopilot or MDM is enrolled, your device is registered with an organization.
If Enrolled:
- Run:
dsregcmd /leaveto disconnect from Azure AD and Intune. - Reboot and check if Autopilot errors persist.
Why?
Your work in Intune/Autopilot management suggests a possible accidental registration (e.g., via a work account or tool). Deregistering removes the device from any tenant.
Remove Residual Intune/Autopilot Configurations
Action:
- Open Settings > Accounts > Access work or school.
- Check for any work/school accounts or Intune connections. Remove them by selecting the account and clicking Disconnect.
- Open Registry Editor (Win + R > regedit):
- Navigate to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Enrollments.- Look for entries with DMClient or Autopilot. Back up the registry, then delete these keys.
- Restart the laptop.
- Navigate to

Residual Intune configurations from work-related tools or accounts can cause Autopilot to attempt connections, generating errors.
