    Hi,

Try run Windows Update and download and install all updates and restart your PC.

Try performing Clean Boot and see if the problem persists?

    Have a look at:

If not , enable services one by one to see which one is causing this problem.

Hello , I am Henry and I am happy to help

It looks like your system is experiencing PCI Express Root Port errors (Event ID 17), which could be causing instability during gaming. This issue is often related to hardware compatibility, driver conflicts, or power management settings.

    1. Update Chipset & PCIe Drivers
    • Go to your motherboard manufacturer’s website and download the latest chipset drivers and PCI Express Root Port drivers.
    • Install them and restart your system.
    1. Reseat PCIe Components
    • Power off your system and reseat your GPU, RAM, and other PCIe devices to ensure proper connections.
    • Check for any loose cables or damaged components.
    1. Run Hardware Diagnostics
    • Use Windows Memory Diagnostic (mdsched.exe) to check for RAM issues.
    • Run CHKDSK and SFC /scannow to scan for system errors.
    1. Disable PCIe Power Saving Features
    • Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc).
    • Locate PCI Express Root Port under System Devices.
    • Right-click > Properties > Power Management, then disable power-saving options.

Let me know if any of these solutions work for you.
