Custom IP prefix stuck in Deprovisioning state

Hi all,

I used the Azure portal to deprovision my custom IPv4 prefix, but it's been stuck in the 'Deprovisioning' state for almost 3 days now. I usually did it without any problems, and it normally finished in about a day. If i try to delete on the portal or with Powershell it doesn't allow me that is logically. What can i do with it?

I understand you are facing an issue where your Custom IPv4 prefix is stuck in the "Deprovisioning" state for over 3 days. Typically, this process completes within 30 to 60 minutes, means some resource is still logically associated with it.

Ensure that the custom IP prefix doesn’t have any public IP prefixes or public IPs associated with it. If it does, you'll need to remove those associations before deprovisioning.

Validate that all IPs from the custom prefix are fully released and not reserved.

Network Interfaces / Load Balancers / Firewalls: These might still have references to the public IPs from that prefix.

If all dependencies are confirmed removed and it's still stuck, open a support request to intervene directly.

Yes, I 'm sure the no one Public IP prefix or public IP address is associated with this Custom IP prefix.

And when i try to open a ticket with support, it always show me some articles and doesn't allow to create a ticket.

Could you please share the screenshot of the Deprovisioned stuck issue and also provide the activity logs for it.

Use Powershell command to list public IPs in a Prefix Range

Get-AzPublicIpAddress | Where-Object { $_.IpAddress -like "<your-custom-prefix-subnet>*" }

Additionally, I have shared with you the URL which will help you to go through the steps to raise a support ticket.

Thanks for your advises.
After all tries I had to open a ticket, with support. There is no some issues or dependencies in configuration. It is just a bug in Azure i think.

Support team answered me the they are looking at it.
