Does Azure Front Door cache request per region?

Hello Q&A,
When caching request in Azure Front Door , is it cached by region?
Meaning ,2 same requests from different regions. The first one was cached. Will the second request (before the cache is expired ) be cached hit or miss?

@Oleg Rakovshik , Apologies for the delay in response. We have two tier caching- one is parent cache; one is child POP. first request goes back to origin, content is cached on parent. second request comes in, child pop goes to parent without going to origin. After these requests, contents are cached on child pop as well.
