I am writing to inform you that I have successfully completed the SC-100 (Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect) certification exam. The exam was taken on 27th April, and I received confirmation of my results. However, I have not yet received my official certificate. I have checked my certification dashboard and email, but there has been no update regarding its issuance. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and advise on the next steps.
NOTE: It's been more than 72 hours now.

I would wait a few more business days for it to show up on your Microsoft Profile / Credentials. If I remember correctly mine took over a week to be viewable on under my profile.
