I have a Power Flow set up to send my invoices to Document Intelligence. It has always worked without any issues, but now it just keeps spinning when I try to send something. The flow has been running for about an hour with no progress.
I'm not sure what might be causing this. Any suggestions? Thanks!

There is an ongoing latency issue for Azure Document Intelligence models, and our internal team is working on this issue. will update you once the issue is resolved in the backend.
Mean time can you please share the region in which you are deploying your model and also model name.

2025-04-30T20:40:11.8733333+00:00 Even though I am technically West, we are set-up in the East US and I was using Model APTest.15 and APTest.12. I just re-trained it today and I thought maybe it was to do with my model but there wasn't anything that changed except I added a few new invoice templates.

Product team just released a fix for the latency issue; I just tested on my end - East US with 3.1GA and 4.0 API version for prebuilt models with sample and local documents
It works fine to me, please have a try and let us know the model base upon which your custom models were trained if the issue still persists at your side.
