Microsoft certification renewal

Hi

I wrote the Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification(PL-300) on May 20, 2024, and now want to renew the certification. It is showing that you want to pay the amount and retake the PL-300 exam. I don't know the exact reason, Please clarify the issue
