After opening a PC running Windows 10, the Bluetooth toggle button is missing. Attempts to enable it through settings have shown that Bluetooth is off and the toggle button is absent there as well.
Several troubleshooting steps have been taken, including re-enabling Bluetooth from the services section, installing the latest Intel Bluetooth drivers, restarting the laptop, and running the Bluetooth troubleshooter. The report generated from the troubleshooter is attached below.
There is a suspicion that the issue may be hardware-related, but further assistance is needed to explore possible solutions.
