Azure Credits : Pending Credit Extension & Support Request – No Response Received

Hello, We are currently at Level 2 ($5,000). My credits are due to expire on 1st June 2025. We have completed all items on the verification checklist and submitted multiple requests for additional credits and an extension of validity almost a month ago, but have yet to receive any confirmation.
In addition, we have submitted a support ticket, but have not received any response regarding that either.
Could someone please assist us with this matter? Thank you!

Requests for additional credits are usually reviewed within three business days, it's possible there was an issue during processing or a delay due to additional verification needs.
If your request is approved, the Azure sponsorship end date will be extended to one year from the approval date.
Could you please share the support ticket number with us? This will allow us to check internally and assist you in resolving the issue.

We have submitted our support ticket Via https://foundershub.startups.microsoft.com/ website , where we could not find any support ticket number, and we did not get any email as well after the ticket submission, Please guide us to proceed further.
