Tried, all listed options... Still have "Sorry, OneDrive can't add your folder right now".

Question

I have tried resetting it, checking library setting, etc. and still can't figure out the issue creating this pop up message. To give context of when it stopped working, My OneDrive was syncing and would stop spinning as if it was broken, so I unlinked my account and relinked it. In doing so I got my PC OneDrive set up right but when I try to sync my work SharePoint files it gives this error.
