Issue with Microsoft Authenticator and E5 Developer Sandbox Access

Experiencing issues with accessing a Microsoft 365 E5 developer Sandbox subscription after changing the phone. The Microsoft Authenticator app reset, and now unable to log in. After entering the password, it prompts for the authenticator code, which cannot be retrieved. Customer Support has not provided a solution. Is there a way to resolve this issue or is there dedicated support available for Microsoft 365 E5 developer Sandbox subscriptions?
