    Edge should be running from that directory. In File Explorer go to C:\program files (x86)\Microsoft\Edge and confirm that pwahelper.exe is there.

    You may have a mix of old and new Edge browsers installed. Go to Apps and then Installed apps in Windows. Find Microsoft Edge in the installed apps list and ensure it is there only once.
