Porting Skype HK phone number to personal Teams

Question

Hello,

I'd like to port my former Skype Hong Kong number to personal Teams. Is that possible from personal account? I cannot find clear info in the doc.

If not, what products exactly do I need to subscribe for Teams Business and can all former Skype numbers be ported. It's unbelievable that there is no wizard available for Skype Phone users.
