Hi,

I wrote my MS Dynamics 365 fundamental 920 Exam today ( 8:00-9:05 CET) and I have passed 871/100 till now I have not gotten my certificate. Pls any idea about the possible reason and how to access my certificate because it's not available in my learning profile?

    it may take 24-36 hours for the certificate to become available.

    Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
