My global admin has been locked out of Microsoft authenticator app. I can access my emails and services.

I lost my phone a few days ago, which contained my Microsoft Authenticator app. As a result, I am currently locked out of the service associated with that account since it's the global admin account that is locked out.
What procedure should I follow to regain access to the account?
