If you're able to access the WordPress backend, enable debugging in yourwp-config.phpfile by adding the following lines:define('WP_DEBUG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_LOG', true); define('WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY', false); @ini_set('display_errors', 0);This will create a debug.log file in your wp-content directory where you can find detailed error messages. In the Azure Portal, go to your App Service settings and make sure you are using at least PHP 8.1.31 or higher.
Please navigate to the Azure Portal → Your App Service → Diagnose and solve problems section.From there, reviewing both the App Service Logs and Container Logs can help identify the root cause of the issue.

Check whether you have enabled Backup option for the App.If it is enabled you can check the backup files and restore them.
