Outlook icon appears in ribbon and can be selected. Parameters (Notebook, tags, optional note) can be selected. But status of add-in always shows "loading"... what is loading? Cannot save email to Evernote server.

    Hi Howard Dinin,

    Welcome to our forum!

Please try the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check Evernote & Outlook Compatibility

The New Outlook for Mac (based on web/Office 365) may not fully support all legacy add-ins. Ensure you’re using the latest versions of:

    • Outlook for Mac (Check via Help > Check for Updates)
    • Evernote (Update via Evernote > Check for Updates)
    1. Disable & Re-enable the Add-in

    In Outlook:

    • Go to File > Manage Add-ins (or Settings > Add-ins in New Outlook).
    • Disable the Evernote add-in, restart Outlook, then re-enable it.
    1. Reinstall the Evernote Add-in
    • Remove the add-in: In Outlook: File > Manage Add-ins > Remove Evernote.
    • Reinstall: Open Evernote, go to Evernote > Install Outlook Add-in>Restart Outlook.

If none of these steps work, the issue may be due to an incompatibility with the New Outlook interface, and you may need to wait for an update from Evernote or Microsoft.

Meanwhile, you may want to contact Evernote Support for some of their support, More: How to contact Evernote Support – Evernote Help & Learning

    Hope it helps.
