Based on your request to cancel the free Entra ID P2 trial, please follow the steps below:
If you're using a personal (non-business) account:
- Log in to the Azure Portal with your personal account.
- From your profile (top right), select the tenant you want to remove.
- Navigate to Azure Active Directory.
- Go to Users > + New User.
- Create a new user (e.g., name it "admin") and copy the domain part (after @) to Notepad.
- Enable "Show password" and save the credentials.
- Create the user.
- Select the new user, go to Assigned Roles > + Add Assignment, and assign the Global Administrator role.
- Visit this link.
- Log in as the new admin user you created.
- Under Billing > Licenses, select Azure Active Directory Premium P2.
- Click the small blue link under the page title: "Manage subscription details".
- Select Cancel Subscription.
- (Optional) Provide feedback in the pop-up box.
