I understand that you have password hash sync issue, sync between AD changes and Entra ID are not instantly syncing.
Could you please check and try with the below steps and see it can help.
- Check the status of synchronization scheduler and see is your
SyncCycleEnabled: True
If it shows false change, it to "True" by using the
Set-ADSyncScheduler -SyncCycleEnabled $true .
- While you are configuring the new server did you check the box to Start the synchronization process when configuration completes
- Check the Event ID messages in Event Viewer and see is there any error with Event ID.
