Hi All:

My company qualified for $25k Azure Credits through the Microsoft Founder's Hub program. These credits expire in January 2026, though we will likely use all of our credits by the end of this month.

We have a strong engagement score and have completed the Verification Checklist. Right now, when I click on the "unlock more credits" button on the Founder's Hub landing page, I get the following message:

"... we’ll review your account and automatically top up your Azure credit balance one month before Azure expiration date."

Since our expiration date is very far away, I would like to know if there is any way to unlock more credits earlier than one month before the expiration date.

Thank you all for your time and help here!

All the best,

Jared

I clicked the "unlock more credits" button and completed the verified checklist. However, after doing this,

Microsoft Founders Hub typically reviews accounts for additional credits 45 days before expiration, meaning an early top-up is not automatically triggered. There may be a few options you can try:

    • Upgrade Founders Hub Partner TierCheck to see if your company qualifies for a higher tier in the Founders Hub program, you could receive more credits sooner that way.
    • Automated Usage ReviewMicrosoft has been known to proactively adjust credit allocations depending on credits usage, demonstrating strong engagement, and some other factors.

I would recommend reaching out to Microsoft directly via the Founders Hub support portal to inquire whether a manual exception can be made in light of the information you shared.
