How long copilot interactions are stored without a retention policy?

Hello Hima Gudapati,

Copilot interactions (user and admin) activities are recorded as audit logs, provided auditing is enabled in your organization. These activities are automatically logged as part of Audit (Standard).

By default, the retention period is 180 changed (changed from 90 days). Audit (Standard) logs generated before October 17, 2023 are retained for 90 days. Audit (Standard) logs generated on or after October 17, 2023 follow the new default retention of 180 days.

For retention beyond this period, you can configure Audit log retention policies and this requires Audit (Premium).
