I have Microsoft SQL Server Data Tools for Visual Studio 2017 & Microsoft Visual Studio Installer with same version but different registry detail. How can i make it same without uninstalling the app?

I have 4 different servers that use Visual Studio 2017 Integrated Shell with SSDT. As part of the company policy, we need to have same registry value across this 4 server. I have updated all to have same version across all server, but those value remains different. How can i tackle this without uninstalling & reinstalling the app?
