    Hello,

Please be advised i am also getting multiple applications with KERNELBASE.dll crashes. including Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio 20.2.1, i cannot even uninstall the application as KERNELBASE.dll crashes the installer/uninstaller.

This issue started middle of April and on April 30th performed a complete Windows 11 system wipe, reinstall with cloud download for install. Within 24 hours, the issue re-appeared on multiple applications.

Every crash references the DLL and .Net Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Microsoft has introduced this bug somewhere and its causing a lot of problems.

Since you've already tried updating Windows, graphics drivers, the .NET Framework Repair Tool, SFC, DISM, and regsvr32 KERNELBASE.dll, here are the next steps to address the Leroy Somer application crashing on your Windows 11 Dell laptop:

    1. Run in Compatibility Mode: Right-click the app icon, select "Properties," go to the "Compatibility" tab, check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" (e.g., Windows 10), and test.
    2. Verify .NET Framework: Ensure the required .NET Framework version (e.g., 4.0.30319) is installed and enabled. Download the latest version from Microsoft's official site if needed.
    3. Check Event Viewer: Look for additional crash details in "Windows Logs" > "Application" or "System" in Event Viewer around the crash time.
