[RRAS] Configure and Enable Routing and Remote Access greyed out

I tried some remedies that I found by searching, but none of them worked.

Could anyone offer a tip?

Sometimes, the RRAS snap-in doesn’t refresh properly. You can try to close and reopen Server Manager or RRAS console.

Then try rebooting the server if needed.

Then can you check if any Group Policy restricts RRAS service configuration under: Computer Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates > Network > Network Connections
