Unable to access Microsoft 365 Developer Sandbox after successful registration

Hello,

I successfully registered for the Microsoft 365 Developer Program using my account ******@outlook.com. However, I received a message saying that I do not currently qualify for the sandbox subscription.

I am building custom Power Platform and Microsoft 365 solutions for clients and need the sandbox environment to test integration and development.

Could you please help me activate the sandbox or explain why my account does not qualify?
