50% Discount Coupon Not Applying When Scheduling PL-900 Exam

Hello,

I’m trying to schedule the PL-900: Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals exam through the Microsoft Certification Dashboard. I received a 50% discount coupon (from [state source, e.g., a Microsoft Virtual Training Day ]) but it is not being applied at checkout during the payment step.

Here are my details:

• Microsoft Account Email: ******@gmail.com
• Browser Tried: Chrome and Edge, both with cleared cache
• Discount Code (if available): None

Issue: Discount not visible or applying on the payment screen

• Date/Time of Attempt: 5-2-2025

I’ve confirmed that I’m using the correct account and Pearson VUE is selected as the exam provider. Still, the discount is not reflected.

Please advise how I can proceed to apply the discount and schedule my exam successfully.
