Hi, Edge advised me to restart the browser for an update after updating to the new version. I have a problem with ChatGPT's appearance. I have reset all my history and cache, which does not work. I tried on Chrome, and it's still normal. Can the Edge team help me fix this problem?

    Hello @Le Duc Vinh,

Thank you for reaching out regarding the issue with ChatGPT's appearance after updating to the latest version of Microsoft Edge. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.

Based on the details you provided, including the image showing gray boxes covering parts of the interface, it seems to be a rendering issue specific to Edge—especially since it works normally in Chrome.

Here's some solutions you can try:

    1. Ensure Edge is Updated
Go to the three-dot menuHelp and feedbackAbout Microsoft Edge.
Install any available updates and restart the browser.
    2. Test with Extensions Disabled
Open an InPrivate window via the three-dot menu, or disable extensions one by one under
      SettingsExtensions to check for conflicts.
    3. Reset Edge Settings
Navigate to SettingsReset settingsRestore settings to their default values,
      then restart Edge.
    4. Disable Hardware Acceleration
Go to SettingsSystem and performance, turn off Use hardware acceleration when available,
      and restart the browser.
    5. Create a New Profile Click your profile icon (top-right) → Add profile, create a new one, and test ChatGPT with it.
    6. Reinstall Edge If the problem persists, uninstall Edge via SettingsAppsInstalled apps,
then download the latest version from www.microsoft.com/edge.

If the gray boxes continue to appear after trying these steps, it may indicate a compatibility issue between the latest Edge update and ChatGPT. Please report this by pressing Alt+Shift+I to open the feedback tool and provide details about the issue, including the image you shared. This will help our team investigate further.

In the meantime, using Chrome as a temporary workaround should allow you to access ChatGPT without disruption.

We appreciate your patience and will work to address this as quickly as possible.
Feel free to follow up with any additional details or questions!
