How can I see and pay my billing invoices after losing access after changing from GoDaddy?

I can’t see the billing information after a Microsoft support team member “helped” me gain access to my tenet after I changed my login email from GoDaddy. 

When I log in with my billing administrator login it says “no account with this login”. I can reset my password, but when I attempt to login it again says “user doesn’t exist”.  

I have confirmed my Subscription ID matches on the late invoice email and when I log into Azure as a super admin. But no billing info or ability to change payment method.
