I can not find my old transscript for the exams i've taken for the last +20 years

In the old days, I could find my exams in the MCP Portal. Now it apparently has been changed to Microsoft Learn Site, and while I can log in to that site, under "Profile" the "Certifications" are missing, so there's no link to access my old certifications.
Can anybody assist with guidance?

Saideep Anchuri 7,215 Reputation points Microsoft External Staff Moderator2025-05-08T01:20:48.54+00:00 To access your old transcripts and certifications, you will need to ensure that your Microsoft Certification Profile has been migrated to your Microsoft Learn Profile. If you are not seeing your certifications under the "Profile" section, it could be due to not linking your old MCP Portal account with your Microsoft Learn account.
Here are the steps you can follow:
- Sign in to Microsoft Learn using the same credentials you used for the MCP Portal.
- If you don’t have a Learn profile, create one by following the prompts.
- After signing in or creating your profile, a pop-up should appear asking for permission to share your profile. Agree to this and select "Migrate data to Learn."
- Once this is done, you should be able to see your achievements in your Learn profile under the "Achievements" tab.
