Hi to whom that may be reading this,

I am trying to access the Microsfot Entra ID admin center / Azure Active Directory

but getting blocked with the Error code: AADSTS5000225.

Can this issue be resolved? As I am going through the Microsoft Learn Paths to prep for the AZ-104 exam and being unable to access the admin center / AAD is quite problematic.

Thanks in Advance.,

Han

    Hello @Han ,

Thank you for your patience over the call.

As we discussed, you have two tenants — the default tenant and another one named "abc". When attempting to log in to the admin center, you encountered the error AADSTS5000225. This typically occurs when the tenant is in the process of being deleted, which happens 20 days after a login block is applied.

To resolve this, we created a new user account in the default directory, assigned it the Global Administrator role, and granted it the Owner role for your subscription. As a result, you are now able to access your resources without encountering the error.

Hope this helps to you. You can accept the answer so that it can be beneficial for the community members who are facing the similar issue.
