I am looking to find additional storage for our SPO page

Is there a limit to how many child pages we can open before being charged $2k per ? As I understand there is 10GB also given to each child page .

Are child pages also only private.

    Hi Grady, Heather (she/her/elle),

Good day! Welcome to Q&A forum.

    Storage Allocation in SharePoint Online

    1. Base Storage:
      • Each SharePoint Online tenant gets 1 TB + 10 GB per licensed user (minimum 1 TB)
      • Example: 100 users = 1 TB + (10 GB × 100) = 2 TB total
    2. Subsite (Child Page) Storage:
      • No separate 10GB allocation per child page - this is a common misconception
      • All subsites share the parent site's storage pool
      • There's no additional charge per child page creation
    3. Additional Storage:
      • You can purchase extra storage at $0.20/GB/month
      • No "$2k per child page" charge exists - this might refer to something else

You can Purchase Additional Storage through Microsoft 365 Admin Center:

    • Go to Microsoft 365 Admin Center
    • Navigate to Billing → Purchase services
    • Search for "SharePoint Online Additional Storage"
    • Select quantity and complete purchase
