I need to change the region location for my Azure services, including servers and databases, to match my actual time zone and billing address. Although I can locate where the region settings are listed in the Azure portal, they appear to be read-only and I am unable to modify them directly.

    Hi there Bryan Hancock

    Thanks for using QandA platform

I think unfortunately, Azure doesn't let you change the region of existing resources like servers or SQL databases directly. You'll need to recreate them in the new region (matching your time zone), then migrate your data use tools like Azure Database Migration Service for that.

If this helps kindly accept the answer thanks much.
