Floating point errors with Prism Emulator

I am using W11 24H2.

The computer is an M4 chip.

Running parallels as the VM.

I use a specific complier for C called CCS C compiler. It seems the new prism emulator is not handing floating points the same as it used to. It is a 32 bit program. For instance if I declare a float xxx = 1.23; running the program will actually give the output of 0.23

We have had some others in our community verify that prism is the difference.

I have tried all the emulator settings possible in properties. Nothing works.
