The methods below will be useful for you to resolve an issue with the subdomain.
Microsoft 365 Admin Center
If you have administrative privileges, access the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Go to Settings > Domains to view all domains and subdomains linked to your account.
Microsoft Entra Admin Center
If you have configured subdomains in Azure AD, log into the Azure Portal.
Navigate to Microsoft Entra ID (AAD) > Custom domain names to review the registered domains.
Check DNS Records
If you think a subdomain may exist, utilize a DNS lookup tool (such as nslookup or dig) to verify if it resolves.
Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD)
If your subdomains are associated with Microsoft Entra ID, check the Custom Domains section in the Entra portal.
