Hi!

I have logged in with the same email address n.****@gmail.com on both sites and still do not see the subscription https://portal.azure.com/.

I have logged a request in February 2025 and the issue was not solved (Ticket 2502190040004514).

Please fix it urgently. I have not been able to use it for months and I would think you would like us to do so.

    @Nisha Appanah Can you please try logging into Azure Sponsorships Portal (not Azure Portal) using your gmail account.
    This should allow you to view your sponsorship details, usage, and subscription information.
