Hello ose Bibin,
Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A and thank you for posting your questions here.
I understand that you would like to know which of the services in Microsoft Azure are IRAP certified.
You can find the most up-to-date and detailed list of IRAP-certified Azure services on the official Microsoft Service Trust Portal at this link: https://servicetrust.microsoft.com/Viewpage/AustraliaIRAP
However, regarding areas of your questions:
IRAP Certified
Microsoft Azure has undergone IRAP assessments and has been certified at both OFFICIAL: Sensitive and PROTECTED levels, and as of the latest updates, 113 Azure services have been assessed and certified under the PROTECTED classification. Check this link for details -https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/compliance/regulatory/offering-IRAP-Australia
IRAP Compliant but Not Certified
Some Azure services may not be individually certified but are considered compliant when used within a risk-managed framework by Australian government agencies. With agencies to apply compensating controls and conduct their own risk assessments based on the Australian Government Information Security Manual (ISM) - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/compliance/offerings/offering-australia-irap
IRAP Non-Compliant
Microsoft does not explicitly list services as "non-compliant." However, any service not covered under the IRAP assessment scope or lacking compensating controls would fall into this category by default.
Is Microsoft Fabric IRAP Certified
As of now, Microsoft Fabric is not listed among the IRAP-assessed or certified services. It does not appear in the latest IRAP assessment reports or on the Microsoft Service Trust Portal under IRAP - https://servicetrust.microsoft.com/Viewpage/AustraliaIRAP
I hope this is helpful! Do not hesitate to let me know if you have any other questions or clarifications.
